With deep roots in the construction industry, Ron Buck, owner of Buck Roofing and Construction LLC, saw a serious need for affordable and reliable dumpster services in Kansas City. He founded Buck Disposal LLC in 2023, with the aim to provide seamless roll-off dumpster solutions to fellow contractors and homeowners.

Ron is the owner of Buck Disposal LLC. Ron began his entrepreneurial journey back in 2005 when he founded Buck Roofing and Construction LLC. With waste disposal being an integral part of the construction industry, Ron identified a need for higher quality dumpster services in the area. Ron created Buck Disposal LLC in 2023, with the aim to provide reliable and fairly priced roll-off dumpster services to homeowners and contractors in the Kansas City metro.
Chase Cross - Buck Disposal

Chase Cross

Minority Owner
Chase is one of three minority owners. In addition to his involvement in Buck Disposal, Chase is the Vice President of Sales at Buck Roofing and Construction LLC. Chase manages Buck Roofing’s entire residential sales department, while also spearheading his own roof and gutter projects. He has spent over 15 years in the construction realm, and his expertise in residential operations contributes an important perspective to the disposal industry.
Brett Schwarz - Buck Disposal

Minority Owner
Brett is one of the minority owners of Buck Disposal and oversees all operations. In addition to his involvement in Buck Disposal, Brett is CFO of Buck Roofing & Construction with an additional focus on helping grow the commercial roofing department. Brett has over 25 years of experience in financial services practices; initially in global financial systems consulting in the insurance and banking industries and more recently as CFO of privately held companies in the financial, fintech, and construction industries.
Matthew Varley - Buck Disposal

As a minority owner in Buck Disposal, Matthew Varley is also VP of Commercial Roofing at Buck Roofing & Construction, LLC. Matthew is Buck Roofing’s primary point of contact for building owners, property managers and general contractors. Matthew’s experience in commercial construction provides insight in logistics, execution and communication to ensure our commercial customers get the service required.
Kelsi Trayer - Buck Disposal

Kelsi Trayer

Office Manager
Kelsi is the office manager at both Buck Disposal LLC and Buck Roofing and Construction LLC. Along with an MBA from Baker University, Kelsi has over 10 years of office management experience. At Buck Roofing, she manages the HR and accounting processes as well as the administrative duties for the commercial department. At Buck Disposal, Kelsi manages the dispatching system, while also providing premier customer service to all of our clients. Her experience in both the construction and trucking industries makes her a crucial asset to our team.
Micah Ulmer - Buck Disposal

Micah Ulmer

Driver
Micah is Buck Disposal LLC’s roll-off truck driver. Micah has maintained his CDL for 9 years. From operating equipment to driving tractor-trailers, Micah has an abundance of industry-specific experience. As our roll-off driver, Micah plays a critical role in the efficient and safe transportation of our dumpsters to and from client sites. He provides excellent communication to customers, while also adhering to all proper safety regulations.
